The owners of Kelly's Tap House Bar and Grill in Red Wing have been accused of multiple tax-related violations by the Goodhue County Attorney.
The complaint alleges that owner Kelly Jean Anderson owes more than $187,900 in individual income tax, penalties, and interest, and her restaurant owes more than $183,842 in sales tax, penalties and interest.
Anderson is charged with 10 tax-related felonies. Her husband and co-owner of Kelly's, Ricky Duane Anderson, is charged with eight tax-related felonies.
