Owners of Dallas-based Picasso’s Pizza & Grill open new pizza joint in Plano

The American-style pizza and pasta concept comes from former owners of Picasso's Pizza & Grill, Andrew and Jennifer Albert along with their son, Justin Andrew Albert.
