Patriot Prayer’s Joey Gibson turns himself on eve of Portland demonstration


The leader of a group believed to have instigated a brawl at a Central Eastside cidery has turned himself in to authorities.

As KGW, a news partner of the Portland Business Journal, reports, Patriot Prayer's was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on Friday.
