Walt Reiner, long-time developer and Linden advocate, dies at 74


Walt Reiner, a developer with a lifetime of work in real estate and development in challenged Columbus neighborhoods, has died.

Reiner died unexpectedly at home on September 30 at the age of 74, his company confirmed. Reiner was co-owner of Reiner Realty & Consultants Inc., as well as president of development group Turn Key Construction Inc., and through those companies had worked in North Linden and Franklinton for many years, eventually branching into real estate interests all over the state.
