Bryan Grassing serves as HR director for Skanska USA, which has 1,500 employees in Florida and 12,000 in the United States. He’s been with the company about four years.
He is the human resources leader for Skanska USA Building-Florida, Skanska USA Civil-Florida, Risk Management, the Aviation Center for Excellence and the Life Sciences Center of Excellence. He oversees a team of four people, including office support and project coordinators.
