Philadelphia investment executive sells Palm Beach mansion for $24M (PHOTOS)


Philadelphia-area investor and entrepreneur Robert L. Burch and Susan S. Burch sold their historic mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, for $24 million.

The couple, who reside in King of Prussia, sold the 5,682-square-foot home at 124 Brazilian Ave. to the Gulf Stream Trust, with attorney Stuart J. Haft as trustee. Gary Pohrer of Douglas Elliman represented the sellers in the deal, while Patricia Mahaney with Sotheby’s International Realty worked with the buyer.
