Phoenix considers zoning changes that would allow full dwelling units in residential backyards


Phoenix City Council is preparing to vote on zoning changes that could impact the way tiny homes are built in single-family backyards. The Business Journal spoke to a Valley company that is already building and installing tiny homes around the area to see how the market might be impacted by the vote.
