Phoenix is one of the best places to live in the U.S., according to a new ranking.
U.S. News & World Report this week published a list of the best places to live, ranking the top 125 cities using five categories: desirability, value, job market, quality of life and net migration, assigning an overall score out of 10.
With an overall score of 7, Phoenix landed at No. 19. That's a big jump from last year, when Phoenix was No. 44 on the U.S. News & World Report list.
