Photobiz to upgrade space after paying $1.8M for downtown office building next to planned Westin


Photobiz, a web design firm for photographers, has bought the building at 201 S. Elm Street building with plans to move into it. Previously owned by businessman and philanthropist Randall Kaplan, who is planning a Westin at 203 S. Elm Street, the office building was completely renovated three months ago.
