PHOTOS: An update on Atherton Mill’s $100M revamp in South End


Work continues on a $100 million-plus project that will bring a mix of apartments, retail and restaurants to South End’s Atherton Mill.

Columbia, South Carolina-based Edens has teamed up with Charlotte's Crescent Communities on the project.

The first retail and restaurant tenants could open their doors by mid-August, says Lyle Darnall, managing director with Edens.
