After an ordered sale from a federal bankruptcy court, a massive ranch near Balmorhea and all its assets are set to be auctioned off on Jan. 23.
Icon Global Group — the Dallas-based brokerage overseeing the property's sale — announced Jan. 8 that the United States Bankruptcy Court in Fort Worth approved bidding procedures, a final auction overbid process and stalking horse protections for the 37,000-acre property.
