The former Fontana, Wisconsin, home of retired Chicago Cubs pitcher Kerry Wood recently sold for $4.99 million, according to a real estate filing with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Per the filing, $400,000 in personal property value was excluded from the total value of the sale.

The identity of the buyer is hidden behind a limited liability company located in Chicago.
