Popular real estate app operator Zillow Group Inc. has rolled out a house-buying service in Austin and San Antonio.
As with other house-buying services, such as Opendoor, Offerpad and RedfinNow, Zillow's new Zillow Offers gives homeowners a cash offer for their homes in up to 48 hours, avoiding the prep work and unpredictability of selling a home traditionally. The program launched in Dallas and Houston earlier this year.
