Pickwick Plaza owners convert vacant bus terminal for private dog park

The vacant former bus terminal at the historic Pickwick Plaza Apartments recently opened to residents as a 5,500-square-foot indoor dog park following "significant" investment from New York-based Alchemy Ventures and Rockcrest Holdings.
