Pimento Jamaican Kitchen will open a standalone location in downtown St. Paul by summer, the latest sign of growth for the popular Caribbean eatery.
The Pioneer Press reports that Pimento has signed a five-year lease at 354 N. Wabasha St., a site formerly occupied by Taco Libre and American Burger Bar.
