All three of chef Joshua Hedquist's fast-casual concepts will soon call Rosedale Center's Potluck food hall home.
The latest concept, OG ZaZa, is set to open Nov. 22, almost a year to the day since Joey Meatballs and Salad Slayer joined the vendor lineup within the Roseville mall.
OG ZaZa serves New Haven-style pizza, chicken wings and salad. Hedquist, a Food Network competition winner, and business partner Peter Stampone launched the concept in March within Ties Lounge & Rooftop in downtown Minneapolis.
