&pizza tests discounted Lyft rides for late-night D.C. employees


A program launched in October for &pizza employees who work later than Metro's weekend hours is already a hit with the D.C. pizza chain’s staffers, the company reports.

Starting Oct. 23, &pizza partnered with Lyft to offer $4.50, flat-rate rides to employees who have to travel home from work between 11 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. The program has already reached capacity, according to an &pizza representative.
