Plan to raze Historic Mitchell Street building for new apartments advances


A developer's plan to raze a building on Milwaukee's Historic Mitchell Street in order to build a 55-unit apartment building was kept alive Tuesday after a city committee recommended overturning an earlier decision to block the building's demolition.
