An early career mentor helped set Jasmine de Gaia on a path that led her to work for some of the biggest banks in the world.

Fresh out of graduate school at Stanford University, the Canada native took a job at a startup. While there, a mentor asked her if she had ever considered product management, a field that could combine her interest in business and technology. As she advanced in her career, de Gaia continued to blend those interests, eventually relocating to Central Ohio.
