Port votes to pay developer Smyjunas $5.1 million, but he moves to halt payment


The board that oversees the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority voted Monday to pay developer Rob Smyjunas more than $5 million to settle a legal dispute, but he moved to stop the Port from paying.
