Proposed residential tower could add up to 600 units near Family Court redevelopment


National Real Estate Development is redeveloping the former Family Court building as well as a nearby parking lot to include a boutique hotel, a new home for the African American Museum of Philadelphia, shopping, dining and a residential tower that could add up to 600 units, something the firm's senior director called a "complicated puzzle."
