A new mortgage company has entered the Birmingham market.
Prosperity Home Mortgage LLC has expanded its residential mortgage operations with seven offices in the Birmingham metro area.
This is the company’s first foray into Birmingham. As affiliates of HomeServices of America, the company restructured to combine its operations with HomeServices Lending, effectively replacing the latter company.
