Provation CEO Daniel Hamburger retires, Ankush Kaul appointed president


Health care software company Provation has appointed Ankush Kaul as its new president as CEO Daniel Hamburger announces his retirement.

Kaul, who has been with Provation's parent company, Fortive Corp. (NYSE:FTV), for over 12 years, will transition to his new role on Monday, the announcement said. Hamburger, who has been CEO since late 2019, will continue to serve as an adviser during the leadership transition through the summer, a spokesperson said.
