Rents have hit their ceiling — now come the challenges


It should not be a surprise that apartment rentals in the Triangle have seen historic growth in the past few years, in line with new jobs coming in with new companies and more people moving into the area. But that will not be enough to keep these meteoric growth rates sustainable.
