Rezoning petition filings are slow-going so far this month. Since, Oct. 1, just three petitions have been filed for commercial projects, according to city of Charlotte planning records. This is the first in an ongoing series of weekly roundups.
Oct. 6: 2022-187. Vista Residential Partners to rezone 14.8 acres at 8011 Krefeld Dr., from R-6MF (CD) to R-22MF (CD). "To allow development of the site with a multifamily residential community."
