Report: Homes under $300K account for 70% of sales in Milwaukee metro


More than 2,100 homes sold across the Milwaukee metro in July, of which 70 percent were priced under $300,000, according to the latest report from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors.

The majority of those under-$300K homes were sold in Milwaukee County, where home sales at that price point accounted for 86 percent of the 1,198 sales in the county in July.
