Sony Pictures Television has sued Knee Deep Brewing Co., and is trying to get the Auburn-based brewery to stop using a beer logo that Sony claims is copied from the popular "Breaking Bad" TV series, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The lawsuit involves the brewery's "Breaking Bud" beer, which includes a logo and other elements that Sony contends "hijack the famous brand identity" of the "Breaking Bad" series, the article says. It adds:
