VC activity slowed in Q4 but Wisconsin had a strong 2022


Venture capital activity slowed nationwide in 2022 after years of frenzied investments and soaring company valuations, according to a Jan. 12 report from PitchBook and the National Venture Capital Association.

While that trend also impacted Wisconsin's venture capital industry, the state still had a relatively strong year when it came to attracting venture capital investments into Wisconsin companies.
