Rêv Worldwide, led by brothers Rogelio and Bertrand Sosa, is buying the Netspend consumer business from Georgia-based Global Payments Inc. for $1 billion in cash. The deal, expected to close in the first quarter of 2023, would immediately make Rêv a significant technology employer in Austin, with hundreds of workers.
