Revlon lawyer confirms company is considering sale to exit bankruptcy


A lawyer for Revlon Inc. told a Manhattan judge Thursday that the company is exploring a possible sale as a way to exit Chapter 11 bankruptcy quickly.

Revlon attorney Paul Basta told U.S. Bankruptcy Judge David Jones that the New York City-based company has stabilized its relationship with vendors and completed a long-term business plan and is working with interested bidders, Fashion Network reported.
