Richardson greenlights mixed-use development near downtown


A local firm is planning to bring residential, retail and commercial space to downtown Richardson.

As first reported by the Dallas Morning News, Catalyst Urban Development has received approval from Richardson’s planning and zoning commission for the construction of Town Central. The mixed-use project will be located on 14.5 acres along Main Street between a Chase Bank building and the DART rail line.
