Riverfront district, downtown Tampa’s newest neighborhood, to break ground in 2023

Tampa, meet the Riverfront district: Miami-based Related Group says a 2023 groundbreaking is planned for more than 1,000 new residences, along with waterfront dining and entertainment, on the west bank of the Hillsborough River.
