A unit of Roark Capital is buying another fitness company.
Self Esteem Brands LLC, a portfolio company of Roark, is buying The Bar Method, the parent company of Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City and Basecamp Fitness. Roark bought Fitness Connection in February.
The Bar Method will remain a standalone business and brand within Self Esteem Brands.
