Rock Hill files complaint against Tepper-led GT Real Estate Holdings in Delaware bankruptcy court


The Rock Hill City Council has approved a motion to file an adversary proceeding against GT Real Estate Holdings in bankruptcy court. The city is seeking at least $20 million in actual damages, as well as punitive and compensatory damages.
