Piquant owners will pilot new Mexican concept at the Hall on Franklin in Tampa Heights


The Hall on Franklin will debut its first-ever pop-up restaurant on Cinco de Mayo — Xilo, a Mexican street food concept by the owners of Piquant.

Rosana Rivera and Ricardo Castro, who own Piquant in West Tampa, will serve brunch and dinner from the Kofe space within the Hall on Saturday and Sunday.

The Hall, on North Franklin Street in Tampa Heights, is a restaurant collective, with full-service dining from seven restaurant concepts under one roof. It opened in August.
