Ross Perot Jr.’s Hillwood to develop 1M SF spec hub in AllianceTexas


Ross Perot Jr.'s Hillwood, the development firm behind AllianceTexas, will begin construction in early March on a new 1.03 million-square-foot speculative distribution hub at the new Alliance Northport development. The facility could be the first of many speculative projects by Hillwood to get underway this year.
