Ruth’s Chris Steak House parent to be acquired in $715M deal

Steakhouse chain Ruth's Chris, which has four locations in Massachusetts, is being acquired by the parent company of The Capital Grille, Olive Garden, Yard House and Longhorn Steakhouse.
