Sacramento-based cannabis edibles company Good Co-op acquired for $1.5 million


Plus Products Inc., a cannabis edibles company based in San Mateo, has acquired Good Co-op, a Sacramento-based cannabis bakery.

The acquisition is valued at about $1.5 million, to be paid for in Plus Products stock, according to a press release. The company's shares are listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange. About 90 percent of the purchase price will be paid out over time, contingent on Good Co-op's business meeting quarterly baked goods revenue targets. Those targets are for about $9.5 million…
