Scottsdale ranked one of best cities for renters, as reports show leasing rates dropping in Valley

While Scottsdale didn't get the highest marks for affordability, it did have plenty of other things going for it that made it one report's top cities for renters. Meanwhile, separate reports show rents are continuing to dip across the Valley.
