Second Assembly lab building begins construction work

Construction of Assembly Innovation Park, the second of three planned Assembly lab projects, is now underway with a 12-story, 495,000-square-foot glass tower that will stand between Assembly Row and I-93. The tower is being built without tenants in place, although developer BioMed Realty is confident it'll land tenants as the building nears completion.
