Sherman Associates to lead $400M housing development at St. Paul’s former Hillcrest golf course


Sherman Associates will lead housing construction at The Heights redevelopment in St. Paul, where it's planning to build over 1,000 housing units.

The Minneapolis developer will partner with Brooklyn Park-based JO Cos. and Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity on the development. The housing development is expected to cost around $400 million, according to an announcement.
