Shopping center in Chandler featuring the original Sprouts sells for $26 million


The Boardwalk at Andersen Springs, a shopping center in Chandler that is home to the first Sprouts Farmers Market (NASDAQ: SFM), has sold for $26 million.

Los Angeles-based Westwood Financial purchased the property on the southeast corner of Dobson and Ray Roads in Chandler from West Valley Properties, which is based out of Los Altos, California. Ryan Schubert and Michael Hackett of Cushman & Wakefield Phoenix represented the seller in this transaction.
