The $55 million Sonwil Distribution Center in the Buffalo Lakeside Commerce Park that’s due to open by this winter is more than 328,000-square-feet.
Peter Wilson, Sonwil Distribution Co. president and CEO, calls the building a "test model" for future warehouse/distribution centers that his West Seneca company will develop in the future.
“I consider everything here a test model for all of our future developments,” Wilson said. “I definitely plan on this design and concept out on the road.”
