South Philadelphia native and celebrity cook Steve Martorano is officially returning to home with plans to open a high-end steakhouse in Rivers Casino.
Martorano's Prime will take over space previously occupied by Hugo's Frog Bar and Chop House, which closed in January. The Rivers location will be the second Martorano's Prime, with the other in Rivers Casino Pittsburgh.
