Spec mansion in Boca Raton sold for $11M


A spec mansion in Boca Raton’s Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club sold for $10.8 million.

William J. Hasey Jr., president of luxury estate builder Bloomfield Construction, sold the 11,900-square-foot home at 290 S. Maya Palm Drive to the 290 S. Maya Road Land Trust, which listed attorney Stuart R. Morris as the trustee. It’s not clear who owns that trust.

The price equated to $908 per square foot.

The developer acquired the 0.36-acre site for $2.6 million in 2014 and completed the home in 2016.…
