St. Louis County police precinct costs soar following 5 years of delays


St. Louis County Police Chief Kenneth Gregory told his fellow commanders he found out construction was going to get started on two new precinct stations when he turned on the news and saw County Executive Sam Page making the announcement Sept. 21.

The projects have been in the works for more than five years, but there hasn't been much news about their progress for months.
