St. Louis developer Lux Living’s high-rise in KC would cost nearly $200M, seeks $34M in incentives


St. Louis-based developer Lux Living's largest Kansas City proposal to date, a 27-story tower called 14 Wyandotte, would cost close to $200 million to build and now seeks at least $34.1 million in incentives from different local government agencies.
