A St. Louis law firm with a track record of success in class-action lawsuits has filed one in Missouri against Monsanto Co., claiming illegal and misleading advertising of its Roundup weed killer.
St. Louis-based Gray, Ritter & Graham and a Kansas City firm filed the suit June 20 in Jackson County Circuit Court, contending that the advertising violated Missouri law.
