Starbucks to close cafe at busy corner of Farwell and Brady

Starbucks plans to close one of its Milwaukee locations effective Oct. 26.

A sign posted at the Seattle-based café chain’s shop at 1677 N. Farwell St. at the busy corner of Farwell and Brady streets indicates the store will close permanently in a few weeks.

“With so many choices, we’re thankful you’ve been our customer for so many years," the note says. “You’ve been more than just someone we’ve served, you’ve become a part of our family.”
