State will rebid $750 million state public health lab in Albany


The state Dormitory Authority has canceled the procurement process for a $750 million public health lab in Albany after one team withdrew and another became ineligible to pursue the project.

Requests for qualifications will go out again in the coming weeks, followed by a request-for-proposals process for the qualified bidders.

The bidding process for the Wadsworth Lab project is starting over roughly a month after the Dormitory Authority issued requests for proposals to three design-build teams.…
